  • having katello-installer failed on wget http://localhost:8080/candlepin/admin/init check (see Diagnostic steps for details)

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite or Proxy 6.0
  • umask is set to 0022 (if not, see this solution)
  • http_proxy, https_proxy or all_proxy environment variable set
