capsule-installer fails with "Could not find dependency Class" error when installing Capsule Server as a Content Node
Issue
When attempting to install a Capsule server as a content node, 'capsule-server' fails with a "Cloud not find dependency Class" error:
Could not find dependency Class[Foreman_proxy::Install] for File[/etc/foreman-proxy/settings.d/pulpnode.yml]
at /usr/share/katello-installer/modules/foreman_proxy/manifests/settings_file.pp:30
