  • firewalld reports a ZONE_CONFLICT error

Sep  5 15:59:05 example NetworkManager[717]: <warn> (eth1) firewall zone add/change failed: (32) ZONE_CONFLICT

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7
  • firewalld
    • One or more interfaces have been configured to use a non-default zone
