Issue
The following statements keeps appearing in the squid cache log file:
2012/05/02 09:02:56| WARNING: All url_rewriter processes are busy.
2012/05/02 09:02:56| WARNING: up to 17 pending requests queued
2012/05/02 09:02:56| Consider increasing the number of url_rewriter processes to at least 22 in your config file.
