Consumption of reserved GDT blocks during an online resize results in corruption following the offline resize to an ext4 filesystem
Issue
- Filesystem becomes heavily corrupted following an offline resize after receiving the error:
resize2fs: Operation not permitted While trying to add group #XXXX
