Issue

In which versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) are FIFREEZE/FITHAW available?
We have opened a case with VMware because a RHEL guest running on ESXi stayed frozen after missing the VMware snapshot operation.
According to the VMware support, our problem is in the KB 2038606, which states that if we request to Red Hat supported the "FIFREEZE / FITHAW ioctl" feature.
