Operator still present after operator is uninstalled

Issue

  • Operator is still present via oc CLI even after uninstalling the operator by either console uninstall option or by removing the subscription and csv via oc CLI:

    $ oc get operators
NAME                                       AGE
[operator_name].[namespace_name]           46d

$ oc get subs,csv -n [namespace_name]
No resources found in [namespace_name] namespace.
