OpenShift Virtualization - Reference Implementation Guide

This document provides design guidelines and a sample reference architecture, with best practices, regarding deploying Red Hat OpenShift as a hosting solution for virtualization workloads using OpenShift Virtualization. The design guidelines and architecture described provide a target platform to host workloads that may currently reside on one of the following platforms:

• VMware Cloud Foundation
• VMware vSphere Foundation
• Red Hat Virtualization
• OpenStack

This document is not an implementation guide but a supplement to product documentation that will be linked throughout. It suggests several cluster architectures for varying capacity needs, provides an overview of the technology in use, provides design considerations, and provides prescriptive guidance for implementation.
