How Do I Open a Support Case?
The support case creation process begins the same for any product: How do I open and manage a support case on the Customer Portal?
How does support know I'm running in Azure?
When selecting the product and version, select Ansible Automation Platform for the product, and "Azure Cloud" for the version. This will immediately let the support team know how and where to route the case.
What if support asks me for logs or if I have access to infrastructure?
You likely selected the incorrect product version. Inform the support representative that you are using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform on Microsoft Azure and that you do not have access to the logs. They will then forward the case to the appropriate team that can support your deployment.
