Creating Customize Resource Pool ?

Respected Sir,

I want the following feature resource pool management which is available in VMWARE ESX

but dont know how to implement in Redhat Enterpirse virtulization enviroment

suposse i have 3 hypervisor host rhev-h and each have 16 GB ram

i want to create a resource pool in such a way that 16 + 16 + 16 = 48 GB RAM

and need to cutomize the resource pool and assigned one host that it should use 32 GB RAM by managing resource pool

so actually the available ram is 16 GB on host but it has to go exclusivly  using upto 32 GB from remaing host

How can i achieved this in Redhat Enterprise virtulization and i want my resources to manage manually
