Subscription-manager throws 'Repositories disabled by configuration' while enabling repository

Issue

• Not able to enable the repository using subscription-manager commands.
• subscription-manager shows 'Repositories disabled by configuration'
• Not able to manage the repositories using subscription-manager commands.
• /etc/yum.repos.d/redhat.repo is not updated after executing subscription-manager register and attach.
