リポジトリーの有効化を試みると Subscription-manager が 'Repositories disabled by configuration' エラーを出力する

Issue

• subscription-manager コマンドを使用してリポジトリーを有効にできません。
• subscription-manager が Repositories disabled by configuration を出力します。
• subscription-manager コマンドを使用してリポジトリーを管理できません。
• yum を更新しても、/etc/yum.repos.d/redhat.repo ファイルは更新されません。

• yum が以下のエラーで失敗するため、パッケージをインストールできません。

  Updating Subscription Management repositories.
  Error: There are no enabled repositories in "/etc/yum.repos.d", "/etc/yum/repos.d", "/etc/distro.repos.d".
  

• Red Hat Satellite 6 サーバーへのホスト登録が、以下のエラーで失敗します。

  Curl error (58): Problem with the local SSL certificate for https://satellite.example.com/pulp/content/Org/env/content/dist/..../repomd.xml [could not load PEM client certificate, OpenSSL error error:80000002:system library::No such file or directory, (no key found, wrong pass phrase, or wrong file format?)]
