Adding nodes to OpenShift 4 UPI clusters existing for more than 24 hours

Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) 4 cluster has been installed some time ago (1+ days ago) and additional
workernodes are required to increase the capacity for the cluster. -
An attempt to add a
workerends up with a failure due tocertificate signed by unknown authority.
