openstack stack create command returns "500 Internal Server Error"
Issue
- when running the "openstack stack create" command i receive "500 Internal Server Error".
- While the stack creation is still in progress, and eventually it finishes successfully.

- openstack-heat < openstack-heat-10.0.2-3.el7ost
