How to run commands from Software Collections and Developer Toolset?

How can I make
gccinstalled from Developer Toolset as default compiler? Currently I have to use the absolute path/opt/rh/devtoolset-4/root/usr/bin/gcc -

PHPmodule namedapcfromphp54-php-pecl-apcdoes not appear in the list ofPHPmodules.# php -m | grep apc #
