[Satellite6] repository syncs fails with SSL related error in Actions::Katello::Repository::ErrataMail subtask

Issue

• Repository syncs are reporting warnings saying: "Sync Incomplete"
• production.log shows error SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed (OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError)
• Task details show the sync task failed in Actions::Katello::Repository::ErrataMail subtask with the same error
• I get this error in production.log:
