Why is RHEL 7's httpd not supported with EAP 6 for mod_cluster or mod_jk?

- RHEL 7's httpd 2.4.6 package is not included as a supported configuration for EAP 6 and mod_cluster/mod_jk in JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6 Supported Configurations. Why is that?
