Issue
Squid recorded the following message in a /var/log/squid/cache.log :
2001/01/01 01:01:01| ctx: enter level 0: 'http://www.example.com/'
2001/01/01 01:01:01| httpProcessReplyHeader: Too large reply header
2001/01/01 01:01:01| ctx: exit level 0
2001/01/01 01:01:01| WARNING: http.c:724: HTTP header too large
