Issue
Squid の /var/log/squid/cache.log に以下のメッセージが記録されます。

2001/01/01 01:01:01| httpProcessReplyHeader:Too large reply header
2001/01/01 01:01:01| ctx: exit level 0
2001/01/01 01:01:01| WARNING: http.c:724:HTTP header too large
