Very low TCP connection throughput during recovery
Issue
- Extremely slow printer operation, sporadically (a few times a week), starting during a print job. Pauses of over a minute between output pages. Sometimes recovers in the middle of a print job.
- Very slow file transfer
- Very slow NFS access
