Update failure from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x to 5.11

Issue

• When updating a off-line RHEL system to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11 by using Install DVD and Compatibility Layer Disc(Compatlayer Binary CD), yum displays following error and failed to update the RHEL system:
