Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x から 5.11 へのアップデートに失敗します

Issue

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux のインストールイメージと Compatibility Layer Disc(Compatlayer Binary CD) を使用して、オフラインの RHEL システムを RHEL5.11 にアップデートする場合、以下のエラーが出力されアップデートに失敗します。
