아파치 에러, 103 Software caused connection abort

아래와 같은 에러 메세지가 error_log에 랜덤하게 발생하고 있다. :
[debug] mod_cache.c(298): cache: running CACHE_OUT filter
[debug] mod_cache.c(312): cache: serving /image/some_image.png
[error] (103)Software caused connection abort: cache: error returned while trying to return disk cached data
