- ボリュームグループまたは論理ボリュームのアクティベーションが次のエラーで失敗します。

- アクティベーション試行後にログに以下のエラーが表示されます。
kernel: device-mapper: table: 253:#: snapshot-merge: unknown target type
kernel: device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
