RHOCP 4 で PrometheusDuplicateTimestamps アラートをトラブルシューティングする方法

Issue

• クラスター内で次の alert が発生しました。

    description: Prometheus openshift-monitoring/prometheus-k8s-1 is dropping 0.007407
      samples/s with different values but duplicated timestamp.

• Prometheus Pod にエラーが表示されます。
