クラスターノード上のパッケージを更新した後、一部の pcs コマンドが "Error: cannot load cluster status, xml does not conform to the schema" というエラーで失敗する

Issue

• pacemaker-2.1.0-8 以前から pacemaker-2.1.2-4 以降にアップグレードすると、一部の `pcs コマンドがスキーマエラーで失敗します。
• ローリングアップグレード 後に、pcs node unstandby および pcs config コマンドが失敗します。

# pcs node unstandby

# pcs config
Cluster Name: testcluster
