  • NFS 共有がマウントされている状態で、I/O 操作中に NFS サーバーとの接続が失われると、再起動がハングします。
  • 主に NFS 切断のログが確認されます。
nfs: server 1.1.1.1 not responding, still trying

Unmounting NFS filesystems:  umount.nfs: <mount point>: device is busy
umount.nfs: <mount point>: device is busy
                                                           [FAILED]
Unmounting NFS filesystems (retry):                        [  OK  ]

マウントオプションが hard マウントの場合に問題が発生します。
