[RHEL 8] reposync --newest-only (-n) が必要なパッケージとモジュールの同期に失敗する

Issue

• -n または --newest-only を指定して reposync を使用すると、yum は Error opening file for checksum エラーを表示して失敗します。

• RHEL 8.0 および 8.1 reposync は、最新のパッケージに加えてモジュールのダウンロードに失敗しました。

• reposync --newest-only がパッケージの複数のバージョンをダウンロードするのはなぜですか?
