OpenShift クラスターを 4.10.40 から 4.11.37 にアップグレードした後、Insight Operator のパフォーマンスが低下します。エラーは以下のとおりです。
Unable to report: unable to build request to connect to Insights server: Post "https://console.redhat.com/api/ingress/v1/upload": Forbidden
