Issue

  • Apache httpd は数分ごとに継続的に利用できなくなり、ログによると、広範囲にわたる php-fpm エラーが発生します。Apache と php-fpm を再起動した後でも、この問題は数分で再現され、以下のエラーが Apache エラーログに 1 秒あたり数回表示されます。
