zip 形式のアーカイブファイルから JBCS Apache 2.4.51 SP2 を RHEL9 にインストールする方法

Issue

• .postinstall を実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます。RHEL8 上の zip 形式の JBCS Apache 2.4 では、これらのエラーは発生しませんでした。

• 次のメッセージが logs/http.log に記録され、Apache が起動しません。
