Red Hat Satellite を使用すると RHEL 7 から RHEL 8 への LEAPP アップグレードが失敗する

Issue

• RHEL 7.9 から RHEL 8.8 にアップグレードしようとすると、クライアントは以下を出力し、RHEL 8 リポジトリーを有効にできません。
