Hyper-V/Azure VM で "Bad page map/rss-counter/page state" が報告される
Issue
Bad page stateまたはBad page map in process、あるいはBad rss-counter stateがカーネルログに報告されます。- 上記のイベントの直後に VM がハングするか、ソフトロックアップ/ハードロックアップウォッチドッグまたはハングタスク検出によってクラッシュされます。
