既存の VPC で ROSA をインストールする方法

• 既存のカスタム VPC を使用して ROSA クラスターをインストールする方法はありますか?

• 以下のように ROSA クラスターをデプロイすると、ブートストラップフェーズで障害エラーが表示されます。
