RHEL クライアントで、yum update が "[Error 14] HTTPS Errno 404 - Not Found" エラーで失敗し、"repomd.xml.asc" ファイルをダウンロードしない

Issue

• yum update の実行中に yum が RHEL クライアントで repomd.xml.asc ファイルのダウンロードを試みると、[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found エラーメッセージが表示されました。
