/usr ディレクトリーを新しいファイルシステムに移行した後、システムを起動できない

Issue

• 新しいファイルシステムを作成し、/usr ディレクトリーからその新しいファイルシステムにすべてのコンテンツを移行して、対応する新しいエントリーを /etc/fstab ファイルに追加すると、システムを起動できなくなります。
• システムは、新しい /usr ファイルシステム用に /etc/fstab に追加した新しいエントリーをマウントしようとしてループに入るか、新しい /usr ファイルシステムを含むデバイスを待機してタイムアウトし、起動プロセスをロールバックします。

• 他のシステムのディレクトリーは、/etc/fstab にのみ指定されている別のファイルシステム上にあります。この問題は今まで発生しませんでした。なぜ /usr が違う挙動をするのでしょうか?
