サービスが executable、world-writable または world-inaccessible とマークされている場合に警告を出す

Issue

systemd は、実行可能なビットを含むサービスファイルが見つかった場合、パーミッションが過度に寛大である場合、または他のユーザーがアクセスできない場合に警告を発します。
