runlevel 3 でコンソールから "startx" コマンドを実行すると、以下のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
Fatal server error: PAM authentication failed, cannot start X server. Perhaps you do not have console ownership?
この問題は、別のユーザーに "su" した後や ssh 上で startx を実行している場合に限り確認されます。
$ su - user
