OpenGPGCheck と ProcessUnpackaged の変数を設定しても、サードパーティーのアプリケーションのコアダンプが引き続き ABRT によって削除されてしまう

Issue

• Red Hat Solution :: 168603 の通りに設定しても、問題となっているディレクトリーとコアダンプが ABRT によって削除されてしまいます。
