Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 で、getent コマンドが ipv6 アドレスだけを解決し、ipv4 アドレスは解決しないのはなぜですか?

Issue

  • host <self-hostname> で getent を実行すると、以下のように、現在のシステムの ipv6 アドレスは解決されますが、ipv4 アドレスは解決されません。
~]# getent  hosts `uname -n`               
fe80::ae16:2dff:xxxx:xxxx HOSTNAME
fe80::ae16:2dff:xxxx:xxxx HOSTNAME
~]#
  • この ipv6 アドレスはいずれも /etc/hosts ファイルには記載されていません。
