Issue

  • ESX ホストの 1 つで、LUN またはデータソースへの 4 つのパスのうち 2 つが失われています。ただし、他の 2 つのパスでデータソースが到達できます。この ESX ホストのすべての Linux ゲストで以下のエラーメッセージが発生します。 
kernel: sd 4:0:0:0:[sdn] Unhandled error code
kernel: sd 4:0:0:0:[sdn] Result: hostbyte=DID_BAD_TARGET driverbyte=DRIVER_OK
kernel: sd 4:0:0:0:[sdn] CDB:Write(10):2a 00 00 00 0f f8 00 00 08 00
