新規にインストールした NFS サーバーの NFS 共有をマウントすることができない

RHEL6 システムを新規インストールし、NFS 共有を設定しましたが、NFS クライアントが共有をマウントすることができません。

NFS クライアントから以下のようなメッセージが出力されました。
# rpcinfo -p <NFS-SERVER-IP>
rpcinfo: can't contact portmapper:RPC:Remote system error - No route to host
# showmount -e <NFS-SERVER-IP>
clnt_create:RPC:Port mapper failure - Unable to receive: errno 113 (No route to host)

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (NFS サーバー)
- NFS
