Issue

kernel-2.6.32-71.29.1.el6.x86_64 から kernel-2.6.32-131.0.15.el6.x86_64 にアップグレードすると、3~90 秒間システムが応答しません。
kernel-2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64 に戻すと問題が解決します。
また、カーネルパラメータ intel_idle.max_cstate=0 で起動しても問題は解決します。
