systemd サービスに LimitMEMLOCK を設定しても、期待通りに動作しない
Issue
systemd サービスから起動すると Hugepages が Oracle に予約されません。
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- 明示的な Hugepages を使用するアプリケーション (memlock 容量が必要)
