squid 3.5.20-2.el7 で icap サポートが無効になっている

Issue

• squid 3.5.20-2 で icap サポートが無効になっています。一つ前のバージョン (squid-3.3.8-26.el7_2.4) では --enable-icap-client オプションを使用して設定しましたが、squid 3.5.20-2.el7 では --disable-icap-client に変更されています。
