RHUA に RPM があっても CDS にはコピーされず、yum クライアントで [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found" エラーが発生する
Issue
- RHUI クライアントで yum コマンドが失敗し、"404 Not Found" エラーが発生します。

Trying other mirror.
- RHUA のファイルシステムに rpm ファイルがあり、RHUA から CDS への同期が成功していても、CDS の /var/lib/pulp-cds ディレクトリにはそのファイルがありません。
