Issue

"restrict" オプションの DNS ホスト名が動作しません。
このオプションで DNS ホスト名を設定すると、サーバーへの時刻同期が確立されません。

以下は、該当する ntp.conf のサンプルとなります。

restrict default ignore

# Permit all access over the loopback interface.This could
# be tightened as well, but to do so would effect some of
# the administrative functions.
restrict 127.0.0.1 
restrict -6 ::1
restrict 0.rhel.pool.ntp.org nomodify noquery
