- /var/log/messages に以下のようなエラーが出力されます。

Aug 19 11:02:46 gp-pdifx01 kernel: megasas:Error building command.
Aug 19 11:02:46 gp-pdifx01 kernel: megasas:Err returned from build_and_issue_cmd
