RHEL で mii-tool と ethtool が示すリンクステータスが異なるのはなぜですか?

mii-tool および ethtoolが示すリンクのステータスが異なります。

ethtool は、eth0 で速度 1000Mb/s を報告しますが、mii-tool は 100 Mb/s しか報告しません。
以下は mii-tool コマンドの出力です。
