NFSv4 ファイルシステムで、chown(1) が root から所有者を変更するのに失敗します
Issue
- RHEL 6.3 にアップグレードすると、NFS 4 ファイルシステムでファイルの所有者を変更/設定できなくなる問題が発生しました。

nfs 共有を nfs v4 でマウントすると chown が失敗します。
# chown test.test /mnt/foo chown: changing ownership of `/mnt/foo': Invalid argument
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
- NFSv4 を使用して共有をマウント
